JEM Utilities, covers all aspects of Plumbing, Gas & Electrical work.
Specialising in delivering high quality, reliable reactive repairs, after sales services and maintenance as well as total plumbing, cental heating & total re-wiring projects to homes across the South of England. Our goal is to improve the customer experience by simply caring.
We pride ourselves on a personal approach and our ‘can do’ attitude, from our team of helpful planners through to our fully qualified tradesmen, we are committed to ensuring we don’t just meet expectations but exceed them every day.
As one of the most experienced Utility providers in the South of England, we cover all utilities with directly employed qualified staff including our own electricians, plumbers and gas engineers.
Our customer service schedulers co-ordinate and manage the planning and delivery of all project repairs and trades with an in-house management system, utilising PDA technology.
We offer a 24/7 emergency call out service as part of our full ‘Homecare’ package*. Through customer feedback we are constantly improving the scope, diversity and quality of our service.
Jem Utilities also operate an “Out of Hours” service making Jem Utilities a 5th emergency service, to give our customers total piece of mind.
